DAY 1: FAITH
Enlarge my husband's faith to believe in You, Your word, Your promises and Your power. Grant him the faith to move mountains!

Help my husband to know that Your plans for him are good and not evil - plans for a hope and a good future!

Day 3: Self-Image
Reveal to my husband that he is created in Your image and glory and that he's complete in You. Enable him to see himself the way You see him.

My husband Rigo and I have been together for a long time.  Sometimes when you are with a person that long, you can read each other's minds.  Sometimes you are so busy with life that you don't even notice that their interests have changed.  It's important to still "get to know" each other, because we all change over time.  Here is a video we made a few years ago, challenging each other on how well we knew each other.  Hope you enjoy!

My whole life was dedicated to them, they are my world. When Isaiah learned his colors, he decided mommy's color was pink and would draw me flowers & hearts. It was so cute & thoughtful that I just went with it. The music I listened to, the shows or movies I watched, were all kid movies. My goals & dreams were (and still are) about them. Then 2 years ago (10 yrs of being a mommy) I had a realization that I needed to focus on ME and that it was okay. (One of the reasons we started our You Tube channel.) It took me a "minute" to remember what I liked & what MY preferences were. I always tend to put my personal interests aside & give preference to others. Then I remembered, my favorite color is royal blue. Being the only girl in a house full of boys, all my stuff is pink so that everyone knows who it belongs to (coffee cups, beach towels, caps, etc). I saw this picture & was reminded that it is okay to think of our self, to have "me" time, to not lose our identity when we get married or have kids (or have a boyfriend). You can still enjoy them, but not at the expense of losing yourself. Love and honor your SELF too!
